How does Jamp work?
Jamp is a 100% digital car rental service available 24/7. There are no counters or queues: you can book, unlock and return the car directly from the app, with a quick and paperless process.
No. The entire process is contactless. The app is your management point before, during, and after the rental.
Registration and Verification
Verification is a mandatory step to rent a vehicle. It's a 100% digital and secure process, in which we ask you to:
- ID/NIE on Passport
- Driver's license
- Selfie to validate identity
In addition, Jamp performs a cross-check of 3 data between the driver's license, the identity document and the selfie to ensure that the account is secure and prevent fraudulent use.

- National Identity Document (DNI/NIE) on Passport (mandatory)
- Driving license with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Selfie to validate identity
- Credit or debit card for payment and deposit of €500
During the verification, we perform a cross-validation between ID, driver's license and selfie to ensure that the information matches and to prevent impersonation.
Reservations and Availability
Choose your location and times, select a car, and confirm your booking. Payment and identity verification are completed through the app in just a few minutes.
Yes. You can do so from your booking account as long as it complies with the current cancellation policy. No charges apply within 24 hours prior to the start of the rental.
You can try again by providing clear photos of your driver's license, selfie, and ID. If you need help, contact us.
Collection and Return Process
At the start time, access the check-in from the app. You will need to take photos of the vehicle's condition, and then you can unlock it digitally.
Return the vehicle to the same parking space and assigned spot. Complete the checkout in the app with the final photos and close it digitally.
Locate the vehicle and extend the reservation
In the app you'll find the parking name, address, floor, and reserved space. At airports, you'll also see the corresponding terminal.
Yes. You can do it from your rental page. Please note that additional fees apply depending on the daily rate.
Paid and deposit
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Rental payment is due upon booking confirmation. Extensions, protections, and other charges apply at the time of option confirmation.
Yes. All rentals require a deposit of €500, captured when making the reservation and returned once the vehicle has been checked.
Insurance and protection plans
We include basic protection. You can add total protection (€20/day) to reduce the deductible to €0. Without protection the franchise can be up to 1.500€, according to the model.
It reduces the excess to €0 and covers damages, theft, and roadside assistance. It does not cover negligence, breaches of traffic regulations, or violations of the terms and conditions.
Mileage, Fuel, and Additional Charges Policy
Includes 200 km per day. Each extra kilometer costs 0,15€.
Full-to-Full Policy: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level. If it is not full, a surcharge of 2,5€/l will apply.
Yes: extra mileage, refueling, delays, special cleaning or damage detected during the inspection.
Usage restrictions
In any EU country and in the UK. One-way journeys are not permitted.
Yes, you must be at least 23 years old and have held your driver's license for at least 2 years.
Assistance & emergencies
You have 24/7 assistance. You can contact us from the app or find the assistance number in the vehicle's glove compartment documentation.
First, keep safety measures and contact assistance and/or police and emergency services immediately. The assistance number is in the glove box documentation.

- Jamp (mail): General inquiries, problems with the reservation, verification, POS, documentation, extensions, etc.
- 24/7 Assistance: only for roadside situations (breakdowns, flat tires, mechanical emergencies). The number is in the vehicle's documentation.
