Purpose of the contract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This document establishes the Terms and Conditions of the contactless digital car rental service offered by Jamp, a brand operated by Davima Motors SL (CIF: B12401659).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>2. Requirements to rent with Jamp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To make a reservation, the user must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least 23 years of age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a valid and current driver&#8217;s license that has been held for at least 2 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a bank card in your name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>3. Registration, identity verification and documentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During registration, the user must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upload a photo of your valid driver&#8217;s license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take a selfie using the Verif system to verify your identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally, you can add your DNI\/NIE\/passport, which is recommended to expedite the management of incidents or sanctions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The entire process is automated and digital. Jamp reserves the right to reject a reservation if verification is not passed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>4. Vehicle reservation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Reservations are made exclusively through the app or website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once confirmed, the vehicle will be available at the indicated location and can be opened via the app at the reserved time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>5. Cancellation, modification and non-presentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the rental.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of no-show, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date\/time changes are only permitted up to 24 hours before the start date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>6. Delivery and return of the vehicle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The vehicle is delivered and returned to the same location (one-way rentals are not permitted).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user must complete the digital check-in and check-out, including photos of the vehicle&#8217;s condition and location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the process is not completed correctly, additional charges may apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>7. Rental duration and renewals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The minimum duration of a reservation is 12 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The maximum duration is 3 consecutive months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user can request an extension within this limit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jamp reserves the right to accept or reject the renewal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>8. Use of the vehicle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user is responsible for the proper use of the vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking and transporting animals without adequate protection are not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving is permitted within the European Union and the United Kingdom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each reservation has a daily mileage limit, configurable in the app. Any excess will be billed later. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>9. Misuse and liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is expressly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Driving off public roads (off-road).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in races or sporting events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the vehicle for commercial transport or dangerous goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transferring the vehicle or account to unauthorized third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In these cases, no coverage will apply, and the user may assume the full cost of the vehicle. A complaint may also be filed with the competent authorities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>10. Insurance, additional protection and bail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The basic rental does not include comprehensive coverage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user can purchase FULL Protection during the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Available protection options:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protection 0 (no additional coverage)<br>\u21d2 In the event of damage, a deductible of up to 1,500\u20ac will apply.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FULL Protection<br>\u21d2 For 20\u20ac\/day, the deductible is reduced to 0\u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This protection only covers accidental damage. It does not cover gross negligence or prohibited use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A temporary deposit of 500\u20ac will be charged to the user&#8217;s card at the start of the reservation, which will be released after validating the vehicle&#8217;s condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>11. Fuel Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8220;Full-to-full&#8221; policy: the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Otherwise, the following will apply both:<ul><li>2.44\u20ac\/litre refuelled<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>40\u20ac management fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>12. Damage, cleanup and penalties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon return, the Jamp team will inspect the vehicle&#8217;s condition. Charges may apply for: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unreported structural damage or scratches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excessive dirt or tobacco odor inside the vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Indicative damage table (Damage Grid)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Charges will be calculated based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The affected piece<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The severity of the damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The vehicle model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This table will be available on the website\/app. A report will be sent before any charges are applied. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>13. Payments, pre-authorizations and additional charges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All payments are made by bank card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user authorizes Jamp to make subsequent charges for damages, cleaning, extra mileage, penalties, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Communication and right of allege<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user will be notified by email and app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may submit comments or evidence prior to the charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jamp will resolve the case based on evidence and records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currently, there is no time limit for submissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>14. Fines and legal liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event of a sanction, the driver&#8217;s identification will be provided to the relevant authority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the fine is paid by Davima, the user will be charged a processing fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>15. Additional drivers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only the verified person may drive the vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of the vehicle by third parties is not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The option to add additional verified drivers will be enabled soon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>16. Assistance and emergencies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In case of incident, contact:<ul><li>\ud83d\udce9 contact@drivejamp.com<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udde8\ufe0f Integrated support chat in the app<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support is available 24\/7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on availability, a replacement vehicle may be offered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The trailer is only included with FULL Protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>17. Geolocation and data processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vehicles have active geolocation outside the rental period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During the rental, it is only activated in cases of:<ul><li>User support<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Suspicious activity<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Request from authorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>See our Privacy Policy for more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>18. Account Ownership and Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The account is personal and non-transferable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraudulent use or transfer of the vehicle will result in the blocking of the service and possible prosecution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user is responsible for the veracity of the data provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>19. Billing and taxation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An invoice with VAT included will be issued upon completion of the reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The invoice will be sent by email and available in the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corporate billing is not currently supported, but this option will be available soon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>20. Conflict resolution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of dispute, the user may contact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce9 contact@drivejamp.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If no agreement is reached, both parties submit to the Courts of Castell\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>21.
